What started out as the dream of a little girl from Lockport, NY has turned into a full-time ministry for Molly Colton. An anointed singer, Molly felt God’s call on her life at a very young age and has been singing of His grace, mercy and love ever since.

Molly first started singing in her home church when, at the age of 2, her father placed her on stage and she sang "Jesus, Be the Apple of My Eye" for her congregation. By the age of 10, Molly was already ministering through song in churches throughout Western New York.

A gifted vocalist, Molly’s genuine sincerity about her relationship with God and the ministry He has given her is evident both in her song selection and the message that she shares. Kingdom Bound’s first talent search winner in 1988, Molly was offered an opportunity to sign a "pop" recording contract with a major label at the age of 16. However, because of her desire and commitment to use her gift for the Lord, she turned the contract down.

A featured singer at several events, including Kingdom Bound and the Friendship Festival in Niagara Falls, Molly has traveled throughout the Northeastern and Midwestern United States and Canada, ministering at churches, evangelical services and youth conventions. She has also opened for several well-known Christian artists including the Newsboys, Alvin Slaughter, Rick Cua and David Teams.

Molly has been married for almost 10 years to her husband, Mark. They are the proud parents of two children – Taylor and Andrew – who own the distinction of being Mommy’s biggest "fans".

God recently opened a door for Molly by allowing her to release her first CD entitled "Molly Colton". Recorded at Gaither Studios in Alexandria, Indiana, the response of how God is using the songs on this CD to touch people’s lives has been overwhelming. Drawing upon various styles of music, Molly’s performances include a unique mix of up-tempo songs and soul-stirring ballads that will lift spirits and remind listeners that God is in control of every situation in their lives.

Molly Colton brings to her concerts a maturity born from many years of experience, a genuine sincerity and a deep conviction of the Spirit’s anointing and God’s call on her life. It is Molly’s desire to be fully used by God to touch people’s lives through her message; a message that God loves them and that His son, Jesus Christ, offers them a hope no one else can provide. With every heart-felt song that she sings and every word of encouragement that she speaks, Molly’s ministry will have an everlasting impact on the lives of those who attend.
