Dear Molly:
There
are moments in life that upon reflection, turn
into golden memories. August 4, 2002 has become
one of those times for me and my family. I
can still see it clearly as I recall the sun
filled sanctuary where my father sat listening
intently as you ministered in song during our
"Family Day" at church. He was profoundly
moved, not just by the music, but by the
testimony of God's love that you shared with the
congregation.
My
father is an intelligent, conscientious man, who
at seventy-three years old, is well versed in
recognizing sincerity and truth. He thoroughly
enjoyed your singing, but equally valuable to
him was the way that you wove God's grace and
mercy into the introduction of each song.
Sharing your personal trials and
victories through Christ completed the total
experience for him and he was able to grasp
God's love in a new light.
This
month, you planted a seed that I intend to
water. God gives the increase and His timing is
perfect. Thank you for being available and
willing to be used by Him. Your ministry is
more than a blessing; it is a spirit led work of
art.
